Cancellation Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing our Divine Saransh for the services. Please read this policy carefully before booking a session. By booking a Session and/or making payments through this website you agree to this Cancellation Refund and Rescheduling Policy.

1. No Cancellation Policy

All bookings made for our services are final and non-cancellable. Once a session is booked and payment is successfully completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy

You agree and acknowledge that we do not offer refunds, whether in full or in part, for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
● Change of mind after booking
● Inability to attend the session
● Personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts
● Dissatisfaction with perceived outcomes
● Non-utilisation of the service

All payments made towards sessions, packages, or programs are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy (Allowed)

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Therefore, rescheduling is permitted, subject to the following conditions:
A rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
● Rescheduling requests must be communicated via this booking platform.
● Each booking is eligible for one reschedule only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● The rescheduled session must be availed within 30 days from the original booking date.

Failure to attend the session without prior rescheduling (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session, with no refund or further rescheduling.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for a scheduled session:
● The session may be shortened to accommodate the delay, and
● The full session fee will remain payable
● Late arrivals exceeding [15 minutes] may be treated as a no-show.

5. Practitioner-Initiated Rescheduling

In rare cases where we are required to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
● Offer an alternative session date and time, or
● Provide a session credit to be used within a specified time period.
● No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Packages & Multiple Sessions

For packages or bundled services:
● Individual sessions within a package cannot be cancelled or refunded.
● Rescheduling will be subject to availability and the terms stated above.
● Unused sessions after the validity period will lapse automatically.

7. Nature of Services Disclaimer

Our services are spiritual and wellness-based and are offered on a best-effort basis. Outcomes may vary from individual to individual, and no guarantees or assurances are made regarding results. Accordingly, dissatisfaction with outcomes shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
